1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the workshops, courses, and educational programs offered by Ploy Setthi.
• "Website" refers to the website operated at ployseten.info.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to Ploy Setthi, operating from 145 Silom Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.
• "You / User / Participant" refers to any individual accessing this website or enrolling in a program.
• "Content" refers to all materials, worksheets, slides, and educational resources provided during or in connection with any program.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms in their current form, including any future updates.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or enrolling in any program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Use of this website or participation in any program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

3. Description of Services

Ploy Setthi provides in-person financial education workshops and courses for adults. Our current programs include the Emergency Fund Workshop, the Fixed Deposit Strategy Course, and the Women's Financial Empowerment Program. Program availability, dates, and locations are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify programs and will provide reasonable notice when doing so.

Our services are educational in nature. Nothing in our programs constitutes personalized financial advice, and participants should consult a licensed financial advisor before making specific financial decisions.

4. Enrollment and Participant Accounts

Enrollment in a program is completed through direct contact with our team (by phone, email, or contact form). A confirmed enrollment is subject to payment receipt and availability. We do not maintain user accounts on this website. All enrollment correspondence is conducted by email.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and enrollment information. If information provided is incorrect, we are not liable for any resulting issues with attendance or communication.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Attend sessions they have enrolled in or notify us in advance if they cannot attend
• Treat all other participants and facilitators with courtesy and respect
• Not record sessions (audio, video, or otherwise) without prior written permission
• Not distribute, reproduce, or share course materials outside their personal use
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, worksheets, slides, methodologies, and website materials are the intellectual property of Ploy Setthi. Participants receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use materials provided during enrollment for their own learning purposes only.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent.

7. Fees and Payment

Program fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are as follows:

• Emergency Fund Workshop — ฿3,200 per participant
• Fixed Deposit Strategy Course — ฿7,800 per participant
• Women's Financial Empowerment Program — ฿14,200 per participant

Payment is due in full prior to attendance unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing. We accept bank transfer and payment methods agreed at the time of enrollment. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of enrollment applies to that enrollment.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 7 days before the session: Full refund, minus any bank transfer fees
• 3–7 days before the session: 50% refund, or transfer of enrollment to a future session at no charge
• Less than 3 days before the session: No refund; transfer to a future session may be arranged at our discretion
• Program cancelled by Ploy Setthi: Full refund, or transfer to a rescheduled session

9. Disclaimers

Our programs are educational in nature. We do not represent or imply that any specific financial outcome will result from attending a program. All financial situations are individual, and information shared in our courses is general educational content, not personalized advice.

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Ploy Setthi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in any program. Our total liability to any participant for direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid by that participant for the relevant program.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ploy Setthi and its staff from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this website or any program materials.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to deny access to this website or remove a participant from a program if we determine, at our reasonable discretion, that their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

You may cease using this website at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through informal resolution by contacting us at [email protected]. If not resolved informally within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ploy Setthi with respect to your use of this website and enrollment in our programs.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in the future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your enrollment or rights under these Terms to another party without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants directly. Continued use of this website following any update indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
